It so happens that in the Netherland, 8.000 resuscitations are performed every year. But a lifesaving AED device is not always available or close by. Volvo is starting a pilot in which they equip 20 Volvo's with an AED device and connect them to the emergency system of HartslagNu. If one of these cars is driving near an emergency, the driver will receive an alert and can immediately navigate to the emergency location, where they can assist with resuscitation - with help from the AED. I mocked up these pages, which aim to recruit volunteers and later serve up information about the project.
